McLane Company, Inc. in California is seeking a Warehouse Selector to load trucks, move items between the dock and warehouse, and operate equipment across multiple zones including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer.

Training pay starts at $22.25 per hour, production pay at $27.00 per hour with incentive potential. Benefits begin after 60 days, with medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance, plus vacation and holidays and other programs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move items between dock and warehouse.
• Work in areas such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer.
• McLane provides freezer gear (suits, hats, gloves).
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity and condition of product.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; keep area clean.
