Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Selector I to join our distribution team. You will load trucks, select products, and move goods throughout the warehouse using reach trucks and pallet jacks.

The role requires attention to safety and accuracy in handling and documenting inventory. Base pay is $24.00 per hour with potential production pay at $28.00 per hour. Daily incentives can add up to $125 per day based on performance, plus comprehensive benefits after 60 days,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks; move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Move product within various areas of the warehouse (Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer).
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
