McLane Company, Inc. in Memphis, TN, is hiring a Warehouse Selector (Warehouse Specialist I) for 1st shift.

This role selects product, loads trucks, traverses Dry, Refrigerated, and other areas, using reach trucks and pallet jacks, with safety as priority and training provided. The position offers comprehensive benefits starting after 60 days, paid time off from day one, and competitive hourly pay with production incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks; move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort, and stack items.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; unpack incoming orders as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Support other duties as assigned.
