McLane Company, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Selector to move product between the dock and warehouse, load trucks, and operate reach trucks and pallet jacks. You’ll work in areas like Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer, with company-provided freezer gear.

This role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to lift 50 pounds; prior warehouse experience with lift equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift to 50 pounds or more.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pull, sort, and stack product.
• Move product in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.
