McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector for our Sumner, WA facility. The role involves selecting products, loading trucks, and moving goods within the warehouse.

You will work in various areas including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer while using equipment like reach trucks and pallet jacks. We offer competitive pay and an array of benefits. Base pay is $24.00 per hour with production rate of $28.00 per hour, plus daily incentives up to $125 per day based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift to 50 pounds or more.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English sufficiently for safety and task instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Load and unload, shrink-wrap, label outgoing orders and remove wrap from incoming orders.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.
