McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector for our Concord, North Carolina facility. This full-time role involves moving product, loading trucks, and working in various warehouse zones including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables and Freezer sections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic English reading/writing to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving products between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort and stack items.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
