Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Selector II for our warehouse team. The role starts early with a 5:00am shift and pays $18.25 to $22.25 per hour. You will read labels, pick items, and move totes along conveyors while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA, and life insurance. Vacation, sick leave from day one, holidays after 90 days, plus pet insurance and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for instructions and safety.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify location, product description and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote/box along a conveyor line and continue pulling items until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
