Warehouse Security Supervisor – Full Time

Location: West Jordan, UT

Rate: $21.25/HR

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed; notifies authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Coaches, disciplines, and trains personnel; reviews post orders; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Assists in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepares and submits reports.
• Inspects posts and meets with subordinates to outline tasks.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provides customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions, as per company policies and legal standards.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
