To join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor! You will be supporting our Appliance Recycling Program. In this role you can expect to be a supervisor for our Warehouse Technicians. In this role you will be required to monitor inventory, maintain safety standards, track team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving growth targets.

Maintains inventory and supplies by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; transferring items and inputting data
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
Secures warehouse, equipment, and data from damage or theft
Local or regional travel required on an occasional basis
Assists in supervising warehouse staff to accommodate daily work load and keep employees on task
Operates/trains staff assisting in the operation of the forklift, baler and skid loader
Plays active role in safety committee and setting up employees with proper PPE
Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing staff
Be knowledgeable of CLEAResult's other local programs and their Field Staff's skills and capabilities for cross training opportunities
Maintain and improve relationships with CLEAResult's established vendors
Optimize logistics and minimize costs
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
Optimize space utilization and layout to maximize warehouse capacity
Collaborate with other CLEAResult departments to standardize program procedures
On job training for EPA 608 certification
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
3+ years relevant experience (Management/Supply Chain/Logistics strongly preferred)
1+ years people management
Physical Nature of the Job
Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods
Work in all climates
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Type of Work
Ability to work in-person in the warehouse or in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position)
Driving
Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
