Position Details

Warehouse Security Supervisor – Full Time

Location: West Jordan, UT

Rate: $21.25/HR

Responsibilities

1. Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed; notify authorities and clients in emergencies.
2. Coach, discipline, and meet with personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
3. Train Security Officers and review assignment details.
4. Assist with payroll and personnel submissions.
5. Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
6. Prepare and submit reports as required.
7. Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
8. Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
9. Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and hiring recommendations.
10. May perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
• Professional interaction with diverse individuals.
• Ability to conduct patrols and remain vigilant.
• At least 1 year of management or security experience.
