Position Details

Warehouse Security Supervisor – Full Time

Location: West Jordan, UT

Rate: $21.25/hr

At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, helping safeguard people, property, and information.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring all post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed; notify authorities and clients in emergencies.
2. Coach and discipline personnel as needed; meet with employees and document actions.
3. Train Security Officers and review assignment details.
4. Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
5. Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
6. Prepare and submit reports.
7. Inspect posts and meet with subordinates to outline tasks.
8. Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
9. Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and hiring recommendations.
10. May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
