Overview
How you can make a difference

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud operations, leadership experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves overseeing day-to-day fraud operations, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, and supporting the team in high-volume situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise a team of fraud specialists, ensuring effective case management and resolution.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze fraud trends, providing insights to the fraud analytics and strategy team.
  5. Handle escalated fraud cases and support the team during high-volume periods.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to address fraud-related issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a supervisor in a fraud operations environment, ideally within financial institutions.
  2. 4+ years of experience with financial institutions and fraud-related processes.
  3. Knowledge of various types of fraud, including identity theft, bot attacks, and account takeovers.
  4. Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules and high-demand periods.
  5. Experience with fraud case management systems and tools.
  6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  7. Experience with fraud detection and prevention techniques.
  8. Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and achieving results.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in fraud detection and case management.

This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$57,500.00 To $71,500.00 / year
