Job summary

GEODIS in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Training Coordinator to lead forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for team members across shifts. This role focuses on hands-on orientation and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will evaluate training effectiveness, collaborate with managers on go/no-go decisions, and help grow a skilled workforce in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months experience or training preferred.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees.
• Conducts scheduled training for all functions in the account for all shifts.
• Arranges and oversees weekly orientation sessions in basic safety training for new employees.
• Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure employees meet strategic goals and achieve results.
• Makes recommendations to the managers for go or no go into the account.
