Hyve Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Training Specialist to deliver standardized training across Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, RMA, WOP, and CM22. This role ensures new hires are onboarded with consistent, safe, and effective instruction.

You will lead New Hire Orientation, process-path training, PIT certification, and OSHA compliance, while supporting ongoing employee development and cross‑training initiatives across shifts. Accurate records and gap‑analysis are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized training to associates across multiple departments (Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, RMA, WOP, CM22).
• Support New Hire Orientation, process-path training, PIT certification and recertification, and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain accurate training records, identify skill gaps, and support retraining initiatives.
