Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, based in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Receiving) to manage receiving, shipping, storage, and picking operations. You will support GDP and cGMP compliance, operate PIT and forklifts, and handle truck movements across Simtra locations.

This full-time role includes overtime and weekend shifts. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or technical office experience.
• Must be able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Must be able to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks, including BOL/packslip verification and damage assessment.
• Proper packing of material for shipment and documentation of shipping activities.
• Operate and navigate ERP systems and track inventory movements.
• Perform cycle counting, temperature monitoring, and inventory accuracy checks.
• Coordinate movement of material between warehouses and company locations.
• Respond to environmental chamber alarms and follow GDP and cGMP standards.
