Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Bloomington, IN. You will manage receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking to support filling and packaging operations.

You’ll operate forklifts and PIT equipment, ensure proper shipping documentation, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance per DOT/IATA standards. Weekend rotations and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or technical office experience.
• Must be able to operate forklift and obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to use enterprise software (JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks with verification and damage assessment.
• Proper packing and shipping of material with accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare materials for transportation.
• Operate PIT equipment and assist with cycle counting and ERP navigation.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed and comply with DOT/IATA regulations.
