Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Receiving) for 1st shift in Bloomington, IN. This role handles receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking, supporting GDP, cGMP compliance, and DOT/IATA standards.

The position features 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, and required overtime, with travel to multiple locations as needed. The candidate will operate forklifts and PIT equipment, manage documentation, perform cycle counts, and use systems like JDE, BPLM,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 1 year minimum warehouse and/or technical office experience required.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Must obtain Hazardous Materials certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and trucks.
• Coordinate movement of material between warehouses and locations.
• Fill orders and perform order status inquiries; adjust for damages or shortages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and ERP navigation.
