Job summary

Simtra US LLC in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage and inventory accuracy in a 2nd shift role.

You will operate PIT equipment, perform cycle counts, document shipments, and coordinate with drivers while adhering to DOT and IATA regulations.

This position offers day-one benefits and a comprehensive benefits package; weekend rotation and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and basic office software.
• Must be able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks, including BOL/pack slip verification and damage assessment.
• Proper packing of material for shipment.
• Proper documentation of shipping, receiving, or batch dispensing activities including active drug product and finished product.
• For all processes (Receiving, Shipping, Dispensing, Driving) receives and fills orders and performs order status inquiry for all completed orders.
