Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a contract development and manufacturing organization, seeks a reliable Warehouse Coordinator/Driver for 2nd shift in Bloomington, Indiana. You will support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking operations, ensuring safe, compliant material movement from raw materials to final product shipments.

Assignments may vary by warehouse area; some travel between facilities and occasional overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; verify BOL/packslip accuracy and assess damages.
• Properly pack materials for shipment, including use of FedEx/UPS systems.
• Complete accurate documentation for shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities.
• Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages as needed.
• Follow all applicable regulations including DOT, IATA, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, storage, and transport of materials including hazardous goods.
• Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, work order picking, ERP transactions, and material storage.
• Operate PIT (powered industrial trucks) and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Respond to environmental chamber alarms.
• Support internal and external operational demands across multiple sites.
