Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Receiving) to manage receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy and material movements, while ensuring GDP/cGMP compliance and safe operation of warehouse systems.

The role supports production through staging and batch prep, requires forklift/PIT operation, DOT/IATA awareness, and occasional travel to other Simtra locations; schedule is full-time, 40 hours/week with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or technical office experience.
• Must operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Hazardous Materials certification must be obtained.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks, including BOL/packslip verification and damage assessment.
• Proper packing of material for shipment.
• Utilization of systems to ship materials (FedEx, UPS computers).
• Documentation of shipping, receiving, or batch activities including active drug product and finished product.
• Inventory tasks: cycle counts, tracking, and ERP navigation.
