Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy and picking across our supply chain. This role ensures safe, compliant material movement from raw materials to final product shipments, with assignments varying by warehouse area.

Travel between facilities and occasional overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks; verify BOL/packslip accuracy and assess damages.
• Properly pack materials for shipment, including FedEx/UPS systems.
• Document shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities.
• Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages as needed.
• Follow DOT, IATA, and SOPs; maintain hazardous materials compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor workflow across the shift.
• Operate PIT and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Drive company trucks between warehouses and facilities with proper temperature control.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and data logs.
