Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a Production II associate in a warehouse role, located at our Robbinsville, NJ area. The position involves restocking, order audit, and precise order picking to ensure on-time shipments.

You will use voice picking or RF scanners, restock designated locations, and verify accuracy before invoicing and shipping. Candidates should have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience or similar.
• Ability to read, write, identify colors, sizes, quantities and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Work well in fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to details and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Picker duties: quickly and accurately pick product from locations.
• Restock products into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy, seal and prepare for shipping.
• Operate voice picking or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy targets and deadlines.
