Job summary

SanMar Corp. in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse operations, including restocking, order auditing, and picking orders.

You will operate voice or RF equipment, inspect outbound orders, and meet production and accuracy deadlines. The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
