Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) in Decatur, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help manage incoming freight and get products to the sales floor. You may operate a forklift and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customers' vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
