Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with incoming freight, ensure it reaches the sales floor, and perform related duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving freight to staging, operating a forklift, stocking departments, transferring pallets, loading product into customers' vehicles, and supporting loss prevention and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
