Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Illinois to support receiving, staging, and distribution tasks across departments. You will unload freight, move items to the floor, and assist customers with loading while maintaining safety policies.

The role offers weekends and evenings as needed, with base pay up to $16.00/hr plus weekend premium pay. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and more after the 91st day of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and onto the sales floor.
• Operate a forklift and move palletized products to departments.
• Load product into customers' vehicles and assist in other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
