Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Decatur, IL. You will help unload freight, move stock to the floor, and assist customers by ensuring products reach the right departments. Forklift use and safety compliance are part of daily duties.

We offer full-time roles with comprehensive benefits after 91 days, weekend premium pay, and a base wage up to $16.00 per hour, plus discounts on major brands and opportunities for leadership training.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and to departments.
• Use a forklift when needed.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet and load into customer vehicles.
• Support other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
