Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Illinois. You will assist with incoming freight, ensure it reaches the sales floor, and perform related duties in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving freight, using a forklift, and helping in other departments as assigned while adhering to loss prevention and safety policies. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers and move freight to staging areas.
• Operate a forklift to move palletized goods.
• Assist in getting products to the sales floor and to customer vehicles.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety policies.
