Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with inbound freight, ensure products reach the sales floor, and perform related duties. The role requires forklift operation, attention to safety policies, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift to handle pallets.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
