Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The role involves assisting with inbound freight, getting products to the sales floor, and supporting various departments.

You will operate a forklift, unload trailers, and help with safety and loss prevention in a busy retail warehouse. We offer a full-time position with benefits starting after 91 days, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Operate a forklift to place pallets.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
