Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with incoming freight, ensure it reaches the sales floor, and perform related duties. The role requires reliable teamwork and adherence to safety policies to support efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving freight, using a forklift, staging products, loading into customer vehicles, and assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills required.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
