Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our La Puente, CA facility. You’ll move, manage, and deliver products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focusing on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.

You’ll work with RF scanners, Vo Collect headset, and our Warehouse Management System to track orders and inventory. This is a full-time, on-site role in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Physically active role with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and equipment preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Use RF scanners and headset to track orders and inventory.
• Assist loading/unloading and staging shipments as needed.
