Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Texas is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate to join a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment. You will load trailers, pick orders with voice-directed picking, and use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory.

A valid forklift certification and 6+ months of experience are required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work weekends. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and a chance to grow within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment is required.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanners preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Comfort working a 4‑day week starting at 5:00 AM in a temperature‑controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely load trailers, pick orders, and lead warehouse associates as needed.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and stock levels.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with company standards.
• Follow FEFO procedures and ensure timely order shipping.
