Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for a Part-time Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will support warehouse operations, picking orders, loading trailers, and maintaining safe, organized work areas in a multi-temperature facility.

Expect a 3-day work week with Sundays off. The role requires forklift certification and comfort operating in dry, cooler, and freezer environments. Pay is $23.64 per hour, with opportunities to grow through hands-on training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification and 1+ year of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation policies.
• Use RF scanners/inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per orders.
