Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for a full-time, on-site warehouse role in a temperature-controlled facility. You will load, pick, stage, and ship orders in a multi-temperature environment, using RF scanners and WMS to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

We seek candidates with warehouse experience, forklift proficiency (stand-up), cold storage familiarity, and a strong focus on safety, detail, and teamwork. Night/holiday/weekend availability is required for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse experience.
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck.
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments
