Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Lead for our Fontana, CA facility. The role focuses on supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity while overseeing staff performance and training.

This full-time, on-site position requires experience with warehouse systems, strong communication, and the ability to work in temperature-controlled environments. Weekend availability and rotating shifts are required to meet business needs.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and oversee associate performance.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure safety compliance, productivity targets, and quality standards.
• Communicate between associates and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain daily temperature logs, equipment checklists, and complete shift reports.
• Lead Pre-Shift Meeting for the team.
