Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Lead for Fontana, CA to supervise a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse. You will lead a team, ensure safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining equipment and inventory accuracy.

Opportunity to grow within a national logistics network. On-site role with a 4‑day shift pattern and competitive hourly pay. Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations and oversee associate performance.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure safety compliance, productivity targets, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate between associates and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain daily temperature logs, equipment checklists, and complete shift reports.
• Lead Pre‑Shift Meeting for the team.
