Job&talent US is recruiting for a Warehouse Worker to support a leading logistics company in Rialto. The role is based in a high-volume distribution center where speed and precision are essential.

Shifts include 2nd Shift Back Half (Tue-Sat, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with orientation at 2:00 PM. Pay is $19.80 per hour, and there are opportunities for professional growth within a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10-12 hours per shift).
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
