Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Selector in Pineville. You’ll work in a multi-temperature, on-site warehouse, starting at 4am. This full-time role features a 4-day work week, weekly pay, and a $23.97/hour base plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits after 30 days.

You’ll move, pick, and verify orders, using RF scanners and voice-directed picking to keep the supply chain running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks and voice-directed picking.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience with warehouse tech like RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a busy warehouse.
• Inspect shipments and verify order accuracy and quality.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area per standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders.
• Follow sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Correctly pick, lift, and place products to build pallets.
