What You'll Do

The Warehouse Person is responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness according to Sanitation SOPs and ensuring product accessibility for safe selection and delivery. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and floors, sorting recycling, reducing shrink by handling damaged or mislabeled products, and documenting tasks following a Master Sanitation Schedule. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete a Work Attitude Survey successfully
• Be able to:
• Work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operation before starting
• Use cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment with PPE
• Lift, carry, and stack up to 67 pounds
• Stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
• Operate equipment safely within the operator compartment
• Read, write, verify numbers, and follow instructions

Work Schedule and Compensation

Rotating schedule with temperatures potentially exceeding 90°F.

Pay rate: $15.30 - $21.05 per hour

Potential annual base pay: $31,824 - $43,784

Additional Compensation

• Night differential: $0.75/hour for midnight to 3:00 a.m. shifts
• Weekend differential: $2.00/hour for hours between 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 11:59 p.m. Sunday
