About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with peers to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, production, and accuracy standards and employment guidelines. You will be customer-focused, maintaining and verifying documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center to deliver outstanding products to our customers.

What You'll Do

Work Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

1. Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
2. Ensure consistency in work quality while meeting performance metrics and creating a positive customer experience.
3. Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
4. Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision to accomplish tasks.
5. Work in multiple departments as assigned, meeting performance metrics.

Who You Are

1. Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons, standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
2. May be required to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., depending on the work assignment.
3. Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
4. Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
5. Learn standard operating procedures through on-the-job training, including power industrial vehicle (PIV) operation where applicable.
6. Log into computers and operate digital tablets or electronic wearable devices independently.
7. Complete self-guided orientation on computers or digital tablets independently.
8. Possess a basic level of English, or Spanish or French, to communicate with supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols.
9. Employees fluent in Spanish or French can access translated documents, interviews, onboarding materials, and other supports to facilitate integration.
