Position Overview

This role involves managing daily operational activities within the Warehouse Financing business and supporting our clients effectively.

Essential Job Functions

1. Execute daily client needs, including data uploads, loan eligibility checks, error identification, fundings, margin calls, servicing updates, and loan settlements.
2. Provide operational support to external clients, aligning their needs with technical and operational solutions.
3. Participate in and contribute to client presentations and meetings.
4. Manage warehouse financing tasks in ProMerit as assigned.
5. Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, Zoom, and email.
6. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record notes.
7. Respond promptly to client requests, meeting deadlines.
8. Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless service.
9. Assist marketing in preparing external materials.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of Warehouse Financing, ProMerit platform, and mortgage products.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WLS and SQL is a plus.
5. Understanding of mortgage structures and funding mechanisms.
6. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communicator with team collaboration skills.
8. Adaptable to change and capable of managing multiple priorities.
9. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
10. Knowledge of compliance requirements related to AML, data security, and funds transfer.

Additional Information

This is a remote position (#LI-REMOTE). The annual salary range is $55,000 - $75,000, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
