Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a warehouse associate in Belton, TX. Pay is $20.64 per hour plus incentives, with a 2000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 4pm until completion, with a rotating Friday schedule. Benefits start Day 1, including health, 401K matching, stock purchase plan and more.

The role involves selecting cases, loading pallets, operating pallet jacks/forklifts, and ensuring safe, efficient order fulfillment and shipping readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to work required overtime as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level racks.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move pallets to loading dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging and ensure timely shipment.
• Operate equipment safely and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other duties to support the department as assigned.
