Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a warehouse associate working evening shifts to pick cases and containers from a multi-level rack system. You will load pallets, move them with an electric pallet jack, and prepare orders for shipment while following safety and quality standards.

Starting pay is $22.39 per hour plus incentives. Benefits begin Day 1, with growth opportunities and a culture focused on teamwork, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to operate pallet jacks and multi-level racks safely.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack systems.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging when required.
• Transport order to shipping dock and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform safety checks and maintain equipment and paperwork.
