Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division in Victoria, TX is seeking a warehouse order selector to pick cases and other products from multi-level racks, load pallets with a pallet jack or forklift, and prepare orders for shipment with safety and accuracy.

You'll work Sunday–Thursday, 3pm until finish, and enjoy benefits starting Day 1, plus opportunities for growth in a fast‑paced food distribution environment that values teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shifts.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, prepare supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Pick items from racks and place on pallets for shipping.
• Transport palletized orders to loading dock and wrap as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and shut down equipment safely.
