Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division seeks a warehouse order selector to fill customer orders from multi-level racks. You will pick cases, place pallets on pallet jacks, wrap and stage shipments, and ensure safety and quality as you work.

The role requires lifting 10–100 lbs, standing and moving throughout shifts, and passing a drug test and background check. Pay is $21–$24 per hour, with benefits from day one and growth opportunities within our distribution team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Lift 10–100 lbs regularly in a multi-temperature environment (dry/cooler/freezer).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company guidelines; keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and prepare supplies for operations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Palletize items on pallets and load onto shipping dock staging area.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
