Job summary

Performance Food Group’s Belton, TX facility is seeking a warehouse associate to pick cases and containers for customer orders and prepare shipments. You will operate electric pallet jacks, follow safety rules, and ensure quality throughout the process.

The position offers $20.64 per hour plus incentives, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule (4 pm until completed), and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits start Day 1, including health, 401(k) matching, and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review work schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products according to order sheets.
• Manually place stock items from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspections; secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
