Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and pallets for customer orders in a multi-level warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts, wrap pallets, and stage shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualified applicants can work Sun-Thu 5pm until finish, with benefits starting Day 1 and opportunities for growth within a broadfood distribution team. You will need physical stamina for lifting and repetitive motions in a temp-controlled

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs (location dependent).
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Preferred: 6 months warehouse order selecting or warehouse distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products according to order sheets.
• Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area and prepare for shipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
