Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a warehouse associate to select cases for customer orders from multi-level rack systems. You will palletize, tag, wrap, and ship orders promptly using an electric pallet jack or forklift, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Join a team focused on efficient product flow in a multi-temperature environment. Requirements include pass drug test and background check, and EPJ certification within training period.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from warehouse racks.
• Place items on pallets, wrap, label, and readied for shipment following safety rules.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move orders to shipping dock staging area.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure efficient product flow through the process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department.
