Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Shift requires operating pallet jack and forklift safely.
• Ability to handle multi-temperature environments (dry/cooler/freezer).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and keep work area safe.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move pallets on multi-level racks and locate items.
• Transport completed pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
